I am interested in an equity share
partner for property in Temecula, CA.
Need to close asap. Great short sale
deal. I am occupying property with
one year lease ending 12/31/08 under
lease option to buy. I am an agent.
Comps are higher than sales price and
bank will pay closing costs.

The purchase price of the property bank has accepted is $425,000. I need the down and a co-
signor or someone to qualify for the loan. As far as the terms, I am flexible and that can be worked out. If you have an interest, let me know asap and we can go over some senarios.

equity share partner needed

Hi There
Just wondering if you had a chance to think about my equity share proposal and wanted to let you know that I would be willing to put the
3% down if someone would get an FHA loan for the property. This way an investor would not have to come in with any money. I would stay and pay the monthly expenses and if an investor would prefer, we could flip the house after the holidays (as recent model just sold for $585,000. Please let me know what you think.
