I am looking for more than one equity share partner for 2 homes in Ewa Beach, Oahu, HI. One house is in a developing area called Ocean Pointe where they are building a marina, golf course, stores, etc.
I need $89,000 for a 7 year contribution which would buy approx. 20-25% equity for a potential return of $177,000. The 7 year contribution could be paid in a variety of ways: one deposit a year, quarterly or monthly. Good faith upfront deposit required. The homes were purchased for approx. $500,000. In 7 years, they could be worth double.
The homes are fairly new; built in 2000 and 2003. They are 3bd/2.5ba with 2 car garages.
The loans are already in place, tenants have already taken occupancy. Property management is in place. All that is needed now are more partners.
